Eligibility Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Items
To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging, including all accessories and parts. Normal inspection to assess fit/finish is fine; use beyond that may reduce or deny the refund.
How to Start a Return
Email marketing@edm-advisors.de with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We’ll reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Do not ship “postage due” / C.O.D. returns; we cannot accept them.
- We recommend a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We may deduct a partial refund for signs of use, missing parts, or damage not due to carrier handling.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact marketing@edm-advisors.de within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
Packaging Guidance (Helpful Tips)
- Use the original packaging with all components where possible.
- Add a protective outer carton for transit.
- If the original packaging is unavailable, pack securely to prevent transport damage.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received an approved refund after our confirmation:
- Check with your bank/credit card provider (posting times vary).
- Contact us at marketing@edm-advisors.de if it’s been more than 14 business days.
