How do acoustic panels made of wood and felt work?

Our panels combine wooden slats for sound dispersion with a sound-absorbing PET felt core. This effectively reduces reverberation and distracting noises – for better speech intelligibility and pleasant room acoustics.

What materials are used?

The panels are made of real wood veneer (e.g., oak, walnut) and a robust, recycled PET acoustic felt. All materials are durable, dimensionally stable, and environmentally friendly.

For which rooms are the panels suitable?

The acoustic panels are suitable for living rooms, bedrooms, offices, home offices, meeting rooms, recording studios, restaurants or stairwells – wherever good sound and stylish design are required.

How many panels do I need for my room?

Depending on the room size and the desired effect, we recommend covering approximately 20–40% of the wall area with acoustic panels. For smaller rooms, 2–4 panels are often sufficient for a noticeable improvement.

How are the panels installed?

It's easy: The panels can be attached with screws, nails, or adhesive – directly to concrete, drywall, or wood. Installation instructions are included with every order.

What payment options do you offer?

We offer the following payment options: Paypal, Sofortüberweisung, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Klarna (Pay Now), Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Please note: The prices listed on the product pages include all essential price components plus shipping costs.

I'm having problems with payment. What can I do?

Don't panic! We're happy to help and will surely find a solution quickly. Simply send us a short email with the relevant information to support@aeco-sound.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

To accurately determine the problem, please answer the following questions in your email:
- How exactly does the error/problem occur?
- Where does the error/problem occur?
- Which device do you use to access our shop?
- Which browser do you use?

Where can I find my invoice?

After your order has been completed, we will send you a separate email with the invoice.

Can't find your invoice anymore? Just send us a quick email to support@aeco-sound.com and we'll send you your invoice manually.

I only received half of my order. What should I do?

Don't worry, we haven't forgotten half of it ;-)

The fact that you only received part of your order is probably because you placed a very large order. We had to ship it in multiple packages. However, the rest of your order will arrive shortly.

If you have any further questions, you can contact us at any time during our opening hours.

Shipping & Returns

How long is the delivery time?

As soon as we receive your order, it will be prepared for shipping. Once your order is handed over to our shipping service provider, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, so you'll always be up to date!

On average, we currently need 2 to 4 working days for your order to reach you.

Please note: The stated delivery time and the processing of returns may be delayed during promotional periods (e.g. Black Friday).

When will I receive my shipping confirmation?

As soon as your order is handed over to our shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

If you placed your order a few days ago, but haven't received a shipping confirmation yet, please check your email spam folder.

If you can't find the shipping confirmation there either, please send us a short email with your order number to support@aeco-sound.com. This way, we can check the status of your order and provide you with more detailed information.

Which countries do you currently ship to?

We currently only ship to customers within Germany and Austria.

However, we are working hard to be able to offer our unique masterpieces in other countries as well.

How much are the shipping costs at Aeco Sound?

For every delivery within Germany, shipping costs of ... € apply.

For deliveries to Austria, shipping costs currently amount to ... €.

I would like to return the product I purchased. How do I proceed with the cancellation?

It's very important to us that you are completely satisfied with our products. That's why we offer every customer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Attention: Please do not simply return products!

Please first fill out our cancellation form and send it to our Customer Support. We will contact you as soon as possible and provide you with all the relevant information regarding the return.
